Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Cath Lab/EP Technologist for an assignment in Eureka, California. This role requires 2+ years in coronary and peripheral diagnostic/interventional procedures and ARRT(R), BLS, ACLS certifications. On-site days are 4x10 hours with 40 hours per week in a busy cardiac lab.

The ideal candidate has experience with PCI, stents, PPMs and RCIS 5+ years considered; Epic charting is preferred. On-call and travel logistics apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab/EP experience required.
• ARRT (R), BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Fluoroscopy Permit required; pending permits may be considered.
• RCIS not accepted in place of ARRT; RCIS with 5+ years may be considered.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• Community hospital experience preferred.
• Experience with PCI, stent placements, and pacemaker procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform coronary and peripheral diagnostic/interventional procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and scrub for procedures.
• Operate Cath Lab/EP Lab equipment and monitor hemodynamics.
• On-call required; day shifts 4x10 hours.
