Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 6-week travel assignment in Thornton, CO. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, patient preparation, and equipment handling in a fast-paced lab.

The position requires one year of Cath Lab experience, current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications. Travel benefits and a supportive clinical team are provided.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Valid Radiologic Technologist license (preferred).
• PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certifications (preferred).
• Other licenses and certifications may be required for this position.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures; pass catheters, wires, balloons, stents; operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment; ensure sterile field and infection control.
• Maintain documentation; assist with inventory and equipment logs.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and hospital policies.
