American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab/EP Technologist with required Cardiac Cath Lab experience to support diagnostic and interventional cardiac and radiology procedures.

The role includes four 10-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–4:00 PM) with on-call rotation (1 week on, 1 week off). Local candidates within 50 miles are considered at local bill rate; first-time travelers welcomed and supervision provided.

Qualifications

• Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.
• Circulating experience is required.
• 1 year hospital-based acute care experience minimum.
• Certifications required: MRT/RCIS/CVT; CPR.
• Associate degree in radiology or cardiovascular tech required.

Responsabilités

• Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac and radiology cases in the cath lab.
• Serve diverse patient populations across ages.
• Assist with STEMI, vascular emergencies, pacemaker and Impella insertions.
• Neuro IR and interventional radiology experience preferred.
• Four 10-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–4:00 PM).
• On-call 1 week on/1 week off, 24/7 coverage.
• Work with translator staff for Spanish-speaking patients.
• Report to Cath Lab supervisor; follow oversight of technologists.
• Perform a wide range of diagnostic and interventional lab functions.
• First-time traveler acceptance; local candidate within 50 miles at local bill rate.

Responsibilities

• Cardiac catheterization laboratory setting supporting diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for cardiac and interventional radiology cases
• Serves a diverse patient population across the age continuum
• Supports STEMI cases, vascular emergencies, pacemaker insertions, Impella insertions, and balloon pump insertions
• Neuro IR and interventional radiology experience preferred
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• On-call required on a 1 week on, 1 week off rotation, 24/7 coverage
• High Spanish-speaking patient population with translator staff available for support
• Reports to the Cath Lab supervisor and works under the guidance of the catheterization laboratory technologist
• Performs a wide range of diagnostic and interventional functions in the catheterization lab
• First-time travelers accepted
• Accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius at the local bill rate
• A supervisory reference is required for consideration
