Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking a Cath Lab/EP Technologist to perform invasive cardiology and radiology procedures in a Heart & Vascular Institute setting in Illinois. The role requires ARRT registration and IEMA licensure, with EPIC charting experience and a minimum of one year of experience.

Expect a 4-day, 36-hour workweek with on-call duties and weekend/holiday rotations. Travel and lodging stipends are included as part of the assignment, with competitive weekly pay and

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Certificate of Completion required.
• BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certification required.
• ARRT Registered in Radiography (R) required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiography through IEMA required, if applicable.
• EPIC charting experience required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs left and right heart catheterization, coronary stenting, pericardiocentesis, and vascular access under sterile procedure.
• Performs structural heart procedures including TAVR, Watchman, Mitraclip, Triclip, ASD/PFO, and CardioMEMS.
• Performs hybrid peripheral vascular work with EVAR, TCAR, and TEVAR.
• Utilizes ICUS, FFR/iFR, lithotripsy, laser, rotational atherectomy, Impella, IABP, OCT, and CTO.
• EPIC charting experience required.
