Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a versatile carpenter to complete finishes and general carpentry on active construction sites. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring layouts, and installing drywall, doors, ceiling tiles, and related tasks.

This role requires willingness to travel for project durations of 3–6 months, then relocating to new city. You will work outdoors in varying weather, on heavy equipment, and must pass a pre-employment drug test and follow safety

Qualifications

• Apprentice certificate is required for apprentices.
• Willing to travel to project sites and relocate between cities.
• Able to read blueprints/diagrams and measure layouts.
• Physically capable to lift up to 50 pounds and work on an active construction site.
• Willing to learn new skills in a jack-of-all-trades role.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints to determine dimensions.
• Measure materials and lay out work with ruler or tape.
• Cut materials to size using handsaw, power saw, or woodworking machine.
• Assemble and fasten material using bolts, nails, or screws.
• Mark cutting lines on materials with pencil.
• Erect forms, scaffolds, ladders, or supports with hand tools.
• Bore holes in timber/masonry/concrete walls with a power drill.
• Willingness to learn new skills as a jack-of-all-trades role.
