Job summary

Flynn Construction Management is seeking a skilled Carpenter for project-based work with travel as required. The role involves reading blueprints, installing wood and drywall, framing, and trim, while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials with the Superintendent, adhering to schedules, and contributing to project walkthroughs. Candidates should have 3+ years of carpentry experience and strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and measuring devices.
• Strong safety practices and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specs, and technical plans.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install wood, drywall, metal framing, and other materials.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, blocking, framing, drywall, and related fixtures.
• Coordinate material requirements with the Superintendent/PM and support project goals.
• Complete time sheets and required documentation.
