Job summary

Hawthorne Health is expanding its Home Network and seeks dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers for an in-home imaging study across the U.S. You will travel regionally to patient homes, performing echocardiograms and vascular imaging with ASE-guided protocols.

Qualifications

• Active registration in cardiac and vascular imaging required.
• Full-time or near full-time availability.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes to conduct in-home cardiac and vascular imaging visits (approx. 25/month).
• Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment.
• Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participants.
• Perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging per protocol.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging.
• Label images accurately for cardiology review.
• Complete preliminary report with measurements and comments.
