Job summary

Hawthorne Health, Inc. is seeking dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers for an in-home imaging study. You will travel regionally to patient homes, averaging about 25 visits monthly, to perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging and to set up portable ultrasound equipment.

The role requires active cardiac/vascular imaging registrations, BLS, and reliable transportation. You will document findings and ensure imaging quality per ASE guidelines while supporting a 3–4 month contract

Qualifications

• Active registration in both cardiac and vascular imaging (e.g. RDCS or RCS plus RVT or RVS through ARDMS or CCI).
• Full-time availability or near full-time.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes to conduct visits, averaging 25 visits per month.
• Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment.
• Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participants.
• Perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging per protocol.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging.
• Ensure image labeling for cardiology review; complete preliminary report with measurements.
