Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Temple, Texas. The role is a 40-hour workweek in a fast-paced Level I Trauma hospital’s non-invasive cardiology department.

Shifts are 8 hours daily with Tue-Fri and Sat coverage to meet 5x8 scheduling needs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of echo experience, Level I Trauma exposure, and RDCS or RCS certification, plus a valid TX license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in echo/cardiac sonography.
• Extensive Level I Trauma experience required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• RDCS or RCS certification required.
• Active TX license required, if applicable.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced department.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiography in non-invasive cardiology.
• Work in Level I Trauma hospital setting in busy department.
• Adhere to 5x8 schedule including Tue-Fri and Sat shifts.
• Provide accurate imaging and documentation.
