Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Temple, Texas. The position offers 40 hours per week with 5x8 hour PM shifts (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) in a non-invasive cardiology department of a hospital.

Travel status requires 3+ years of experience, Level I Trauma exposure, and current RDCS/RCS credentials. The ideal candidate will hold BLS certification, an active Texas license if applicable, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience required.
• Extensive Level I Trauma experience required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• RDCS or RCS certification required.
• Active TX license required if applicable.
• Flu shot required with no exemptions granted.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast‑paced department.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiography studies in a non-invasive cardiology department.
• Contribute to patient care in a hospital setting.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely completion of studies.
• Work the 5x8 hour PM shifts (3:00 PM–11:30 PM),Tuesday through Saturday.
