Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab travel assignment in Houston, TX. This 13-week, 36-hour per week position requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Shifts are 12 hours, days, with travel pay benefits. As a Cath Lab RN, you will assist during angioplasty, catheterization, and electrophysiology, maintain EKG equipment, and support the physician team in a cardiovascular surgical environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Additional certifications may be required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization and angioplasty.
• Maintain and monitor EKG equipment.
• Support electrophysiology procedures as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced cardiovascular surgical environment.
