Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel RN Cardiac Cath Lab in Houston, TX to provide high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. This 13-week contract demands thorough knowledge of cardiac nursing and teamwork to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Shift is 10 hours, days, with a 07:00–17:00 schedule; travel reimbursement, housing allowance, and benefits are offered. ACLS/BLS certified RNs with EP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience in electrophysiology is preferred.
• Must be a team player with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform left and right heart catheterizations.
• Assist in the implantation of pacemakers, ICDs, and Watchman devices.
• Conduct vascular and electrophysiology (EP) ablation procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions pre- and post-procedure.
• Adhere to procedural guidelines including universal precautions and timeout procedures.
