Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel assignment in Olympia Field, Illinois. This full-time position offers a 13-week assignment with dayshift and a 40-hour workweek, including call rotation every 2-3 weekends.

The RN will support cardiovascular procedures, room prep, and equipment management in a fast-paced lab. The role requires a BSN, active RN license, BLS, ACLS on hire or maintained, and at least one year in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing and BLS/ACLS certifications current
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• 1+ year of clinical Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting for adult and geriatric patients
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures
• Prepare labs, calibrate equipment, and monitor physiologic data
• Document patient status and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the cath lab team to ensure safety and smooth workflow
