American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. You will support high-acuity cath lab procedures, assist with TAVR, CTO cases, and post-procedure care. The position requires 18 months of recent cath lab experience and the ability to rotate on-call shifts.

Expect 4x10 hour days, 40 hours per week, with AM shifts and on-call coverage. Travel stipends and comprehensive benefits are provided through American Traveler.

Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Rad Tech with 18 months of recent experience in high-acuity cardiac catheterization procedures.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab setting handling 15-20 cases/treatments per day
• Cases include cardiac catheterizations, TAVR, Mitral Clips, and CTO procedures
• Uses equipment such as Balloon Pump, Impella, Volcano, AngioJet, ICE, and Laser
• 4x10 hour AM shifts, ranging from 6:30 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required on a rotating basis including week nights and weekends

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
• License required if applicable
• Strong endovascular experience preferred

Additional Information

• Scrubs/dress code provided
• No charge for parking
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates not accepted
• Former Emory or Houston staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday, with only 1 holiday request allowed
