American Traveler is seeking a travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a Brockton, Massachusetts assignment. The position runs 4x10 hour days (Days), 40 hours per week, with on-call evenings and weekends for emergency Cath Lab procedures.

Requirements include 2–3 years Cath Lab experience, ability to read telemetry strips with 85% on day 1, ACLS/BLS, RT(R) license if applicable, and RCIS preferred. Start date 10/19/2026 for 13 weeks; local candidates within 50 miles eligible for travel rate;

Qualifications

• Able to independently read telemetry strips and pass a telemetry exam on day 1 with 85% or better.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

• RCIS certification preferred.
• Minimum 18 months of experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Hemodynamic monitoring, imaging, and ambulatory monitoring in Cardiology.
• Assist with radiologic operations of the Cath Lab and perform QC on diagnostic imaging.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed and coordinate service when required.
• Complete patient billing forms for Cath Lab procedures.
• Daily calibration and maintenance of film processor equipment.
• Assist with preparation of cardiology patients undergoing invasive procedures.
• Maintain professional competency through continuing education credits.
• Work under the direction of the Chief Radiologic Technologist.

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with 2-3 years of experience in Cath Lab procedures including Impella, telemetry, and IABP management.

Details

• Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting under the direction of a Cardiologist
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, no set day off
• Evening and weekend on-call required for emergency Cath Lab procedures

• Performs daily calibration and maintenance of film processor using sensitometric and densitometric equipment
• Assists with preparation of cardiology patients undergoing invasive procedures
• Maintains proficiency through continuing education credits
• Works under the direction of the Chief Radiologic Technologist
• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius to be eligible for the travel rate
