Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions seeks an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. The role requires strong catheterization and interventional skills and offers support from a dedicated RN- and woman-owned staffing firm.

The ideal candidate will perform high-quality care in a fast-paced lab, collaborate with physicians and team members, and ensure patient safety and compliance throughout peri-procedural care.

Qualifications

• Current professional license/certification for Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist.
• Recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab/interventional cardiology setting.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including coronary angiography and PCI.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor them throughout the peri-procedural process.
• Operate and/or assist with cardiac cath lab equipment and technology per facility standards.
• Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and procedural compliance.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, nurses, technologists, anesthesia, and other team members.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and procedural complications.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow facility policies and standards of care.
• Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility in a new clinical environment.
