Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. This role requires strong cardiac cath lab interventional experience and professional licensure in Arizona, with prior travel or contract experience preferred.

You will support interventional cardiology procedures, maintain patient safety, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current professional license/certification appropriate to the Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist role.
• Recent experience working in a Cardiac Cath Lab/interventional cardiology setting.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Current BLS and any required specialty certifications.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and clinical assessment skills.
• Previous travel or contract experience is preferred but not required.
• Candidates must meet Arizona licensing requirements for this assignment.
• Candidates must not reside in Arizona.
• Candidates must hold the appropriate Arizona license/authorization to practice.
• Compact State license holders must be eligible to practice in Arizona under applicable compact requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including coronary angiography and PCI.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor them throughout the peri-procedural process.
• Operate and/or assist with cardiac cath lab equipment and technology according to facility standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, infection prevention, and procedural compliance.
• Collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists, nurses, technologists, anesthesia, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and procedural complications.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow facility policies, regulatory requirements, and established standards of care.
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to adapt quickly to a new clinical environment.
