TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves performing interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining high standards of patient safety.

Candidates should have current licensure for Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist, recent interventional cardiology experience, and Arizona licensing as required.

Qualifications

• Current license/certification for Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist.
• Recent experience in a cardiac cath lab/interventional cardiology setting.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Current BLS and any required specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including coronary angiography and PCI.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor them throughout the peri-procedural process.
• Operate and/or assist with cardiac cath lab equipment and technology according to facility standards.
• Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and procedural compliance.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, nurses, technologists, anesthesia, and other team members.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and procedural complications.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow facility policies and standards of care.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability to new clinical environments.

Location: Travel to Phoenix, Arizona
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled cardiac cath lab professional to join a high-performing clinical team while working with a supportive, RN- and woman-owned staffing firm that understands the needs of healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have strong cardiac catheterization and interventional experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality clinical care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.

Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including coronary angiography and PCI.

Prepare patients for procedures and monitor them throughout the peri-procedural process.

Operate and/or assist with cardiac cath lab equipment and technology according to facility standards.

Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, infection prevention, and procedural compliance.

Collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists, nurses, technologists, anesthesia, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and procedural complications.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Follow facility policies, regulatory requirements, and established standards of care.

Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to adapt quickly to a new clinical environment.

Qualifications

Current professional license/certification appropriate to the Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist role.

Recent experience working in a Cardiac Cath Lab/interventional cardiology setting.

Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.

Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Current BLS and any required specialty certifications.

Strong communication, critical-thinking, and clinical assessment skills.

Previous travel or contract experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must meet Arizona licensing requirements for this assignment.

Candidates must not reside in Arizona.

Candidates must hold the appropriate Arizona license/authorization to practice for the position.
