ABA Centers of Puerto Rico seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Travel BCBA Program in San Juan, PR. This full-time role offers travel 3 weeks remote and 1 week on-site per month, with compensation of $85K-$100K based on experience.

The BCBA will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, oversee RBT and caregiver implementation, and conduct assessments to guide intervention needs. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and willing to travel to PR monthly.

Competenze

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional).
