Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Travel BCBA Program based in San Juan, PR. Final compensation determined by experience, with a salary range of $85K–$100K, plus travel coverage.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, Master’s degree, and active BCBA certification. Expect monthly travel to Puerto Rico (3 weeks remote, 1 week on-site), supervision of RBTs, and opportunities for growth, leadership, and professional development with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Willingness to travel 1 week per month to Puerto Rico.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
