Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, 1 year cash handling experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• GED or High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in financial or retail setting.
• Ability to travel across the Southshore as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong problem solving, judgement, organization and planning.
• Excellent communication: listening, speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Open new accounts and handle client maintenance requests.
• Balance vault/ATM transactions and report discrepancies.
• Achieve referral goals through consultative conversations.
• Cross-sell Fidelity products and services to clients.
• Provide customer assistance in person and by phone.
• Maintain branch appearance and report issues to supervisor.
• Mentor associates and adhere to bank policies.
