Job summary

Inter Technologies Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Travel AV Field Engineer to install, program, commission, and troubleshoot complex AV systems at client sites across the United States and beyond.

You will load AV control code, GUI, and DSP configurations, test signal paths, and ensure all installations meet safety and industry standards while traveling locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in AV Technology or related field.
• CTS/CTS-I or Crestron/Extron/Dante/QSC certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on AV installation, programming and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and program AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC).
• Test, commission, and troubleshoot AV installations on-site.
• Coordinate with clients and document configurations and punch lists.
