Job summary

Inter Technologies Corporation is seeking a Field AV Engineer to direct, install, and commission AV systems for diverse client projects across the US and beyond. You will load control code, test systems, and ensure performance aligns with project specifications.

Travel is a core part of the role, with local, regional, national, and international assignments. Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on AV installation and programming experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in AV Technology, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
• CTS, CTS-I or Crestron, Extron, Dante, QSC certifications preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on AV installation, programming, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Program and commission AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC).
• Ensure installations follow project docs and system schematics.
• Load DSP configurations and perform on-site testing and commissioning.
• Collaborate with network engineers to integrate AV with IT.
• Provide on-site or remote issue resolution and client training.
• Document configurations, punch lists, and installation notes.
