Job summary

Terros Health seeks a compassionate Art Therapist to provide behavioral health counseling and therapeutic art interventions across outpatient settings. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, development of individualized treatment plans, and comprehensive documentation in NextGen EHR.

The position travels between Terros Health locations in the Valley, with strong emphasis on integrity, compassion, and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• AZBBHE licensed as LPC or LCSW or eligible to obtain within 3 months and ATR/ATR-BC registration.
• Background checks and TB tests required; able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Provides counseling for adults, adolescents, families, and groups.
• Conducts therapeutic art sessions using appropriate modalities.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with measurable objectives.
• Collaborates with care teams, families, and supports to coordinate patient care.
