Qualifications

• Field installation experience within security environments.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, floor plans, and low-voltage systems drawings.
• Strong communication skills when working with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair low-voltage systems.
• Test and verify fire alarm, access controls to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate with team leads and project managers.

Skills

Field installation experience within security environments

Strong hands-on experience with fire alarm and access controls

Proficiency in reading blueprints and diagrams

Installation and troubleshooting experience with fire alarm systems

Strong communication skills

Ability to work at heights

Comfortable using devices for documentation

Education

Valid driver's license

Fire alarm license where required

NICET I or higher (preferred for Lead Technician)

Tools

Fire alarm systems (Bosch, Honeywell, etc.)

Access control systems (Lenel, Avigilon, etc.)
