Job summary

The Gypsy Travel is seeking a friendly travel assistant to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, and help clients book flights, hotels, packages and excursions.

You will maintain accurate client records, provide travel recommendations tailored to each client’s needs, follow up before and after trips, and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding service. Travel industry experience is a plus.
