Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Active RN license in CT or multi-state.
• Minimum 2–3 years of acute care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline supervision, guidance, coaching, and support to nursing and support staff.
• Support the operational, clinical, and leadership functions of the Inpatient Trauma Unit.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, patient throughput, and resource management.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in performance management, employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
