Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Exton is expanding its clinical team to provide EMDR/trauma-informed therapy within a multi-clinic setting. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and high-quality client care.

The ideal candidate holds a Pennsylvania clinical license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) and a master’s degree in behavioral sciences, with experience in couples and families. Centralized admin support, ongoing CEU programs, and telehealth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Pennsylvania-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Experience working with couples and families.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
• Timely documentation and coding of services.
• Comfort with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 27 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to meet community needs.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical staff, and school personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive clinical environment.
