Ellie Mental Health Woodbridge is seeking licensed and provisionally licensed trauma-focused therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support and mentorship.

This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely. Ellie Mental Health operates independent therapy clinics delivering individual, couples, family, and group therapy with a commitment to clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Familiarity with office technology and EHR systems (Valant a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
• Maintain documentation per company policies.
