Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join our affinity-based team, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy including EMDR. The role offers flexible scheduling and a workload aligned with clinical interests, with options to work from home and a supportive, collaborative environment.

You’ll build a caseload focused on diverse populations, with centralized referrals and administrative support to maximize client care and therapist satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or actively pursuing licensure.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
• Commitment to working with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office 365; insurance credentialing preferred.
• Valant EHR experience is a plus.
