Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, PLLP in Lancaster, PA is seeking a skilled therapist experienced in EMDR or Brainspotting to provide trauma-informed care. The role offers a flexible remote setup with both Telehealth and in-person work, joining a growing team focused on healing and growth.

You will manage a structured caseload and engage in collaborative clinical activities, with leadership opportunities as you contribute to our mission of filling gaps in the community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field from an accredited program.
• LPC license in Pennsylvania required.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
