Axe Recruiting is partnering with a respected mental health provider in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to hire a licensed therapist (LCSW or LPC). This high-impact role serves individuals and families in a holistic, person-centered setting that values autonomy and collaboration.

Responsibilities include trauma-informed counseling (EMDR preferred), treatment planning with an interdisciplinary team, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Active Texas licensure as LCSW or LPC.
• EMDR training/certification preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling with a focus on trauma, PTSD, and emotional regulation.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies, with a strong preference for EMDR-trained clinicians.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in coordination with interdisciplinary team members.
• Engage in advocacy, care coordination, and referral services to ensure client stability and success.
• Maintain thorough, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with Texas state and federal regulations.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to a supportive team culture.
