Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active Illinois clinical license or credential appropriate to the position
• Illinois credentials may include LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, ALMFT, or LMFT
• Strong interest in trauma-focused psychotherapy and trauma-informed care
• Ability to complete DSM-5-TR-informed assessments, treatment plans, and timely progress documentation
• Comfortable providing telehealth services

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy to clients experiencing trauma
• Apply evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to support healing and long-term change
• Complete clinical intakes and trauma-informed assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues and professionals as appropriate
• Provide telehealth and/or in-person services based on role and client needs
