Regions Hospital in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Trauma & Surgical Unit. You will provide patient-centered care across general/progressive surgical, trauma, and specialty services for patients aged 16 and up in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, shared governance, and a nurse residency program to support transition and retention. Set shifts include 0.75 nights with every third weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN or ADN with 1 year RN experience.
• New graduates with ADN may meet minimum requirements.
• Licensed as RN by the State of Minnesota and CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patients.
