Qualifikationen

• Requires NP or PA with acute care certification
• Experience in ACNP/AGACNP or PA roles in acute care settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork with surgeons and ICU staff

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive histories and physical assessments
• Develop and monitor individualized plans of care for high-acuity patients
• Manage ventilation and vasopressor therapy as needed
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff
• Rotate between Trauma and Surgical Critical Care service lines
• Participate in education of residents and fellows
