Qualifications

• RN without a Bachelor's must enroll in RN to BSN per policy; BSN preferred.
• Clin II requires 12–24 months RN experience; Clin III requires 3 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows physician/licensed independent provider orders and established nursing standards.
• Delivers age-appropriate direct patient care and documents accurately.
• Organizes work flow, delegates tasks to RNs, LPNs and care partners as applicable.
• Rotates through three shifts; weekends and holidays as needed to meet unit needs.

Education

Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing

RN to BSN enrollment within two years; completion within five years

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
