Job summary

Banner Health in Glendale, AZ is expanding its team of Advanced Practice Providers with a focus on trauma surgery. The Physician Assistant will round on patients in the Trauma room, Surgical Trauma ICU, and hospital floor, participate in the general surgery and trauma acute care clinic, and provide Surgical First Assist in the OR.

Qualified candidates must be board certified as a PA, licensed or eligible in AZ, possess a DEA for controlled substances, and have 1-2 years of experience in Critical

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of AZ
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
• 1-2 years’ experience in Critical Care or Trauma Surgery

• Roun d on patients in the Trauma room, Surgical Trauma ICU, and hospital floor.
• See patients in the general surgery and trauma acute care clinic and provide Surgical First Assist in the OR.
• Collaborate in a highly integrated and innovative team focused on patient excellence.
