Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination, assembly, and sterilization across service lines.
• Handle drills, scopes, and DaVinci systems with proper aseptic technique.
• Utilize Censitrac to track instruments and maintain traceability.
• Assemble instruments across trauma and loaner sets, with peel-packaging focus.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure sterilized supplies are ready for use.
• Maintain compliance with Sterrad and steam sterilization processes and high-level disinfection.
• Adapt to a busy Level One trauma environment and potential location floating.
• Communicate effectively to support patient safety and quality care.
