UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO seeks an experienced RN for a full-time Night shift in the MCR Trauma Surgical department. The role includes direct patient care during nights, using the nursing process to ensure safety and quality.

This onsite position offers a Night Shift Incentive Program and comprehensive benefits; RN license and BLS are required, with 6 months RN experience and preferred BSN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross; certification valid through start date.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in a high-acuity Acute Care setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Precept and orient new nurses and staff; support a culture of learning and safety.
