Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the hospital's trauma program and coordinate operations.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and practice management guidelines.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain Level I Trauma designation.
- Collaborate with EMS and hospital leadership across departments.
- Oversee trauma registry data and performance improvement initiatives.
