Job summary

• Responsible for all activities related to the hospital's Trauma Program.
• Directs and organizes the services and systems necessary for a multidisciplinary approach to providing care to trauma patients.
• Ensures full and seamless integration of all operational components eliminating variation and aligning strategic and operational processes.
• Accountable for ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
• Maintaining Level I Trauma designation is another large focus of the Trauma Services Manager.
