Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or Counselor.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients to develop individualized short-term treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions for trauma, anxiety, depression related to injuries.
• Respond to crises and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Educate clients about effects of injuries and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and share progress updates.
• Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans for clinical or legal purposes.
