Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide services to victims of sexual assault and abuse, including individual therapy and group facilitation.

You will recruit and supervise therapy interns to expand access to care while upholding Providence's patient-centered, whole-person approach. Washington licenses are required on hire, with CORE training due within six months.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or equivalent.
• Licensed or eligible for Washington Mental Health Counselor or Clinical Social Worker licensure.
• CORE training within first 6 months of hire.
• Experience with group facilitation and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to victims of sexual assault and abuse, including individual therapy.
• Facilitate support groups and recruit supervise therapy interns to assist in service delivery.
• Contribute to a culture of patient-centered, whole-person care at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
