Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.

• Core advocate training program preferred; ensures readiness to support survivors.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, medical, and legal advocacy to sexual assault and abuse survivors.
• Offer support, crisis intervention, and information/referrals to individuals of all ages and to family members.
• Collaborate with medical staff, often with a Forensic Nurse Examiner, to meet client needs.
