Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum of five years of direct RN patient care experience.
• Trauma administration experience preferred.
• Current RN license in state.
• TNCC instructor preferred; ATLS coordinator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical data and trauma cases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Investigate quality concerns and coordinate projects.
• Support trauma accreditation and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Implement evidence-based practices and process improvements.
• Complete quality management activities and initiatives.
• Monitor, collect data, evaluate, educate, and assess patients.
• Plan and conduct special projects as assigned.
• Communicate nursing quality initiatives and standards to staff.
