Golden Plains Community Hospital is seeking a RN/Trauma Program Manager to join our Emergency Department team. The TPM will develop, implement, operate and evaluate the TAC Trauma Program, working with a multidisciplinary care team and reporting to the Emergency Director.

Ideal candidates bring Texas RN licensure, 3+ years in trauma/emergency care, and will obtain TNCC, TOPIC and TRC within 12 months. Strong communication, collaboration and analytical skills are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
• Minimum three years clinical experience in trauma and/or emergency care.
• Must obtain TNCC, TOPIC, TRC within one year of hire.
• Exceptional oral/written communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, operate and evaluate the TAC Trauma Program.
• Coordinate services for a multidisciplinary approach to injured patients.
• Direct and improve nursing, registry and injury prevention activities.
• Communicate resource needs across departments and report to the Emergency Director.
