Job summary

Golden Plains Community Hospital is seeking a RN/Trauma Program Manager to join our Emergency Department team. The TPM will oversee development, implementation, operation, and evaluation of the TAC Trauma Program, coordinating a multidisciplinary approach to care for injured patients and reporting to the ED leadership.

This role emphasizes process improvement, data review, and education across departments, with a 32-hour weekly structure plus taking one 12-hour ED shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a Texas-licensed RN.
• Minimum three years trauma/emergency care experience.
• Certification in TNCC/TOPIC/TRC within 1 year of hire.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, operate and evaluate the TAC Trauma Program.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to care for injured patients.
• Lead performance improvement in nursing, registry, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with Trauma Program Medical Director and ED leadership.
