Job summary

Trinity Health in Georgia is seeking a Trauma Program Coordinator (RN) to oversee the trauma program in collaboration with the Trauma Medical Director and to contribute to developing a regionalized trauma system.

You will coordinate trauma admissions and participate in performance improvement, lead education, outreach, and data review to ensure high standards of patient care across the trauma continuum.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN licensure in Georgia.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 3–5 years nursing experience with 2–3 years in trauma, critical care, or emergency nursing.
• TNCC, PALS or ENPC, and ACLS certifications.
• Independent working capability with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Program administration and regulatory compliance leadership.
• Oversee trauma service personnel and PI coordinators.
• Develop trauma-specific protocols and guidelines.
• Oversee budgeting and resource planning.
• Coordinate education and outreach for injury prevention.
