Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing.
• Massachusetts RN Licensure.
• Four years of RN experience in a Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality of care for trauma patients with the Quality Improvement team.
• Identify and lead trauma performance improvement projects with interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate trauma performance improvement conferences and transfer protocols.
• Support development and maintenance of the trauma center verification process with applicable bodies.
• Assist with budget, reimbursement review, and business planning for the trauma program.
