Qualifications

• Minimum of five years recent nursing experience required.
• Two years of leadership/people management experience, or four years as a technical expert with mentoring.

Responsabilités

• Direct, plan and coordinate the operations of the trauma patient care department.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop department staff.
• Collaborate with other departments and state partners to improve trauma care.
• Ensure alignment with budget and organizational goals.
